Dan Heine has been living in Colorado since 1987, and is an active, full-time Realtor. He earned his Colorado real estate license in 2000 and specializes in the sale of View and Open Space Properties. He currently owns over $1.5 million in real estate investment properties in Boulder County and successfully closes over $10 million in real estate sales annually. Dan has also managed multiple rental properties, completed a number of his own fix-and-flip projects, and has new construction experience.  In addition to being a licensed Realtor, Dan was elected by his peers in 2006 to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the Boulder Area Realtor Association (BARA). This means he is respected among his peers within the real estate industry, and that he truly knows the Boulder market, the people, and the homes he services.  Dan enjoys swimming, skiing, golfing, mountain biking, hiking, travel, and the arts. Each year he travels to San Francisco to compete in the Alcatraz Sharkfest swim. In 2006, he earned the placement of #52 out of 485 swimmers. When not out helping people buy and sell homes, or training for a swim, Dan spends time with his wife, Ali, and their two children, Phoebe (age 4) and Emerson (age 2).
