Jennifer Martinez moved to Boulder, Colorado in 2002 from Scottsdale, Arizona. She has been assisting people with buying and selling real estate since 1998. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. In addition to her years of local residential real estate experience, she worked with a top sales team in Arizona selling parcels of land in golf course communities such as Troon North and Estancia. She enjoyed helping clients find the right builder and architects to design their dream homes after their lot purchases. Jennifer also acted as a showing agent for clients buying luxury, million-dollar, homes in Desert Mountain and Desert Highlands.
After visiting Boulder for several years, Jennifer was ready to make the altitude change. She was attracted to the healthy, active, life style, the gorgeous mountains and the beauty of Boulder. She moved here as a golfer, an avid skier, runner, and has since taken up hiking, cycling, swimming and has raced in local triathlons. Jennifer, a team member of "The Good Times Girls" cycling team, raises money for the Children's Hospital every year by participating in the 157 mile, three day "Courage Classic" mountain ride.
Jennifer attended Arizona State University and The University of Advancing Computer Technology. She received a degree in Software Engineering with an emphasis in Applications Development. Jennifer attended the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business in Scottsdale, became a licensed Realtor in Arizona in 1998, and a licensed Broker Associate in the state of Colorado in 2003.
